Ski Help: FAQ
Can I sue a Utah ski resort if I get hurt?
Utah Code 78B-4-403 bars claims for injuries from the inherent risks of skiing, such as snow conditions, terrain and collisions with other skiers. Other claims depend on the facts. This is not legal advice.
What tires do I need for Little Cottonwood Canyon?
When the traction beacons are flashing: at least 5/32 inch tread, plus M+S tires on all wheels for AWD or 4WD, or 3PMSF tires on all wheels for 2WD, or approved chains or devices. Check UDOT for current status.
