Local Help Stations is a DBA of Refrigerate LLC. This policy covers text messages to and from our toll-free number, (888) 477-1121.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting this number first, or by asking for a text reply in a help request. We only reply to people who contacted us first.

What we send

Replies about your request and help finding a local shop. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How often

Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email requests@localhelpstations.com.

Your phone number

We never sell or share phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
